6:45: took on OEP (thinking about upping to 2 in the morning)
8:30: small apple, 100-calorie protein shake
11:30: 100-calorie protein shake
1:00: 2 grilled salmon patties, 3/4 cup green beans
3:00: Fiber One Bar (140 calories)
6:30: 1 mi brisk walk in the park (nice)
8:15: 2 slices cheese and a bunch of crackers, plus 2 poptarts (ugh, what the hell happened? Good thing those were the last of the crackers and pop-tarts)
9:30: Slim in 6 Burn it Up (60 minutes)
