6:45 - took one OEP

am weight: 238.2 (yes!!! The period pounds disappeared just as fast as they came on!)

am workout: Biggest Loser Bootcamp Level 1

7:50: 100-calorie protein shake

9:30: 100 calorie protein shake

1:00: BBQ grilled chicken breast, corn, cinnamon baked apples
