12:45: 5-piece nugget from Wendy's (I was running around, didnt have time for much else)
3:30: 100-calorie protein shake
5:00: took one OEP
5:30: apple
5:40: 3.34 miles elliptical (about 45 minutes)
7:45: 3 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 cup spinach (2 tsp butter)
total water: 128 oz (1 gallon)
